I hadn't had my hair (that was all one length and long) trimmed in over 6 months (normally don't wait that long) and so i went to a salon and asked for a trim also asking to keep my length no matter what. well here's what i got - - what part of keep my length wasn't clear to the person that butchered messed up my hair?
