brownie bites

i made these for a pampered chef event and they were a huge hit! all you do is make brownies as directed on box. use the small pampered chef small scoop and fill small paper cupcake lined deluxe mini muffin pan 2/3 full, bake a few minutes shorter than time suggested, keep a good watch on them, you don't want them to overcook. once cooked and completely cooled on the stackable cooling rack, use the pampered chef easy accent decorator to top off the brownies. and there you go! easy peasy.
